Winners Never Quit by Ervin Felix John
Winners never quit and quitters never win, if you want to make progress in fitness or any area of life you must remain consistent even when the odds appear to be against you. Having a positive mindset and understanding your long term goal will help you remain focused. Ask yourself "Why am I doing this?" if you quit that means your why did not hold sufficient value. When your why is big enough you will have no choice but to move forward. Relying on motivation is a losing option. You must develop discipline 'Doing what you MUST do whether you feel like it or not.' Do not sell yourself short. You forfeit all possibilities of succeeding if you quit. Hard work beats talent when talent doesn't work, it's really hard to beat someone that never quits. Let that be you and remember to always KEEP GOING! Quitting is never an option.
